If a parent/guardian has a concern over any matter, the parent is encouraged to first, by appointment, address his or her concern with the teacher or staff member involved if applicable. If the concern is not resolved after the initial consultation with the teacher or staff member involved, the parent should then contact the principal for further discussion and resolution. If the concern is with the principal, the parent/guardian is encouraged to address the matter first with the principal before contacting the superintendent of schools. If the concern is a more general concern, the parent is encouraged to contact the principal, assistant principal, or counselor.
