May 3, 2006

There was a special meeting of the West Fork School Board on Tuesday, May 3, 2006 at 5:00 pm in the board room. Those present were Jerry Boyd, Karen Daugherity, Deborah Harnish and Daryl Quinton.

The meeting was called to order by President Jerry Boyd.

Motion by Karen Daugherity second Daryl Quinton to approve Flintco as Design Builder with Guaranteed Maximum Price for Immediate Repair Projects. Motion carried. (4-0)

Motion by Daryl Quinton second Deborah Harnish to adjourn.
